About Dream Flight School Dream Flight School is located at Carroll County Regional Airport in Westminster, MD. The flight school was started in August of 2011 by Dream Aviation, Inc owned by Jeremy Etzkorn. Jeremy is a certified flight instructor with over 400 hours in the specific make and model airplane that is used at the flight school - the Cessna 172s. He also received a B.S. degree from James Madison University in Computer Science and has an extensive background in web development, helping develop the website for Rosetta Stone. In addition to the flight school, Jeremy also manages an aircraft leasing business at Martin State Airport in Baltimore, Md. He loves teaching, and this flight school is his greatest passion. He hopes to bring his love of flying to his students.
Dream Flight School is looking to hire a full time flight instructor who enjoys teaching and motivating students to learn and achieve their dreams of flying. Must be able to teach with enthusiasm and positive encouragement to all levels of students from young private pilot students to instrument ratings and Bi-Annual reviews for experienced pilots.
Must be available to work at least 5 weekend days per month.
Requirements:
1. At least 300hrs total time
2. CFI, CFII
3. Second Class Medical

Compensation:
Salary starting at $1325/mo, with extra pay/bonuses for student certificate or rating completion, student solo, and discovery flight to student conversions.
