Responsibilities

Receive calls for assistance from airport agents, CTO's, and reservation offices. Provide support to international locations including CMI. Expedite eTicket and other SHARES transactions for field agents to immediately process customers. Review and correct eTicket reservations records that are queued for processing and adjustment. Perform manual ACI functions: answer calls from/to stations, fleet hard block flights, process ACI re-accommodations for all equipment swaps, and block inoperative seats.

Qualifications

Excellent working knowledge of eTicket reissues, SHARES, and ACI check-in system. Airport Sales Agent, Reservation Rate Desk, and RPC experience desirable. Excellent customer service and service recovery skills. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.   Please be advised:
