Responsibilities

Establish and maintain par levels for products. Decollate and distribute reports. Log daily usages Generate check sheets from excel files. Access web site for catering information and distribute as necessary. Communicate updates via email. Other administrative duties as assigned. Enter data into excel spreadsheets and generate reports. Communicate with internal departments and kitchen departments. Review data for accuracy. Generate all documents required.

Qualifications

Attendance requirements for current active and inactive employees: Continental Airlines employees must have 2.5 points or more remaining Chelsea Food Services employees must have 4.5 points or less Strong reading and writing skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly within Excel, being able to create spreadsheets. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma/General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent preferred. Able to create memos, email grammatically correct and professional. Ability to work with a diversified work force. Excellent math skills. Able to handle multiple assignments. Planning and organizational skills. Knowledge of Inflight catering preferred. Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and attention to detail and to quality. Must work under stringent time deadlines. Must be willing to work any shift in a 24/7 week, including weekends, nights and holidays. Flexibility in accepting varied shifts/days off. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
