Responsibilities

Complete vehicle inspection for weapons, explosives, and other deadly or dangerous items prior to loading catering vehicles. Document inspection process and maintain accurate records of the catering vehicles. Responsible for daily inventory of the catering trucks in service, company radios, straps, chocks, etc. Assists manager with work schedules and assignments of workers to specific duties. Performs truck inspection for damages and completes the appropriate forms with the driver prior to and after the truck is returned to base. Reports to Manager-On-Duty any new damage to the vehicle. Maintain accurate daily records of the driver/truck usage. Trains and supports cross utilization of AVIS team with Security team. Support unit in the Supply Chain Optimization initiative. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Ability to read, speak and understand English. Ability to communicate with the general public. Must be 18 years of age or older. Works outside 90% of the time. High school diploma/General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent preferred. Must be willing to work any shift in a 24/7 week, including weekends, nights and holidays. Must have a valid US state driver's license. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
