Responsibilities

As part of the continental.com team you will be working on enhancing and maintaining a content management system built on SharePoint 2007 and migrating to SharePoint 2010 in the near future. As an expert, Individual will be expected to assist with design as well as development. Development work may involve .NET development in other components outside of SharePoint also.  I.e., general aspx and dll development on an ASP.NET website. Development of enhancements, maintenance and support of the Continental.com website and related applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field and/or significant technology experience (5+ years) including SharePoint experience. Minimum of 2 years MOSS version 2007 experience. (Preferably in high load, high availability environments) Experience focused on SharePoint API development including custom field types, web parts, and windows workflow development. Experience with strong use of SharePoint lists and content types. Experience building websites in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. Strong Analytical and problem solving skills. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.   Please be advised: This job requires working in an area covered by the City of Houston Ordinance Against Smoking - City Code Chapter 21.
