Sr Manager, Ops Services- Fuel
Primary Responsibilities & Assignments
- Oversee operation and development of worldwide 24-hour contract fuel program for corporate aviation.Manage existing fuel operations staff.Interaction/liaison with managers of various operational and administrative departments within the organization.Financial/operational reporting and budget preparation/reviews with senior management staff.Contract management/negotiations with worldwide fuel suppliers/vendors including corporate ID card acceptance and competitive pricing strategy implementation.Customer interaction, feedback and satisfaction level assurance.
- Review/analyze company propriety software program and utilization/development strategies.
- Responsible for budgeting and achieving company revenues, profit and operational goals.
Specific Work Background/Experience preferred:
7 years experience in aviation services fuel sales/supply industry.
5 years customer service experience
Financial reporting, budgeting and presentation experience. Familiar with annual operation budget processes.
Degree in Business or Aviation Management Degree
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline, and eight years of related experience, or, in the absence of a bachelor's degree, fourteen years of related experience.
