Responsibilities

Maintain and support a high degree of communication with SOCC, Pilot Scheduling and Flight Attendant Scheduling departments. Track and reschedule both Pilots and Flight Attendants from pairing check-in to pairing termination which includes flight delays, cancellations, aircraft substitutions, test hops, ferries, etc.. All reschedules done in accordance with Pilot and Flight Attendant labor agreements along with Federal Air Regulations. Provide hotel and transportation support for all downline crewmembers.

Qualifications

Crew Scheduling experience required. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced work environment. Knowledge of FAR's, Pilot and Flight Attendant labor agreements. Proactive management style. Superior problem solving skills. Ability to work all shifts. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.   Please be advised: This job requires working in an area covered by the City of Houston Ordinance Against Smoking - City Code Chapter 21.
