Responsibilities

Responsible for conducting domestic/international itinerary audits on Canada and Domestic (onshore) travel agencies which are identified through Navitaire's audit system. Debit memos are issued to travel agencies; information must be issued in an accurate efficient and timely manner in order to maximize Revenue Recovery. Audit Review Auditor responsibilities are to issue debit memos for fare, tax, commission errors and assess admin fees when applicable. Audits include: Large Agency Group Audits, Exchange Refund and Sales audits. SA is also responsible for contacting Internal Special Audit Department when Fraud is detected.

Qualifications

Previous Passenger Refund Accounting (PRA) experience required. Must be able to read and interpret fare information on tickets. 10 key by touch. Current knowledge of pricing systems: PIPPS, DART, and SONIC required.  Current Knowledge of Tariff/Ticketing Procedures required. Excellent attendance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.   Willing and able to perform repetitious arm and hand movements.  Previous agency accounting audit experience preferred. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.   Please be advised: This job requires working in an area covered by the City of Houston Ordinance Against Smoking - City Code Chapter 21.   *SAJ*
