Responsibilities

Provides assistance to traveling public by performing various customer service duties in the airport terminal. Prepare tickets, determine fares and routing to assure passengers travel needs are met. Responsible for daily cash and credit cards sales. Receive and direct incoming calls, greet and direct customers, tag and handle baggage. Security Screen baggage and passengers. Assist with cabin inspections and cleaning, lavatory services. Required to staff ticket counter, boarding gates, and baggage claim area ensuring the safe and secured movement of cargo through the warehouse and to the aircraft. Must maintain a working knowledge of all manuals, tariffs, standards, procedures and reference materials. Perform other duties as directed by station management to provide customer service support.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must posses a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass a physical examination/must be able to pass a drug test. Must be able to pass a 10 year security background check. Must be willing to do shift work including nights, weekends and holidays. Must be willing to work flexible schedules or on as needed basis. Must be able to perform all essential functions on the job including lifting baggage and cargo. Must be willing and able to work in a physically demanding, fast paced, and high pressure environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the Republic of Palau for any employer without sponsorship. Must be able to travel to the U.S.
