Responsibilities
Ticketing-issue/reissue domestic and international tickets on CO (Continental Airlines) and other airlines with full understanding of fare rules. Refunds-complete forms and process refunds. Attain leads for potential Corporate and Reward One accounts. Serve as a Sales Representative to direct accounts and customers. Perform administrative duties such as; maintain office files, complete International Sales Report, compile daily and monthly statistics, adhere to internal controls. Make reservations, seat assignments, re-accommodation of flights, provide flight information. Comply with all CO guidelines and company policies and procedures as they relate to negotiable documents, validator plates and cash drawer. Comply with Internal Audit Standards for City Ticket Office operation. Co-branded duties-maintain up-to-date information of Copa's product and procedures. Ensure ticket offices present the desired corporate image. Responsible for development of office customer base and knowledge of CO products and services to build office revenue. Responsible for the accuracy and verification of all cash transactions, negotiable documents (ticket stock and company drafts) and Sales Reports. Immediately report and document any discrepancies or irregularities to supervisor. Assist other Representatives and customers with problems and concerns.
Qualifications
Bilingual- Spanish and English. (write, read and communicate in English and Spanish) Must have experience in one of the following industries; airline, hospitality, sales or customer service. Must be willing to work any shift within an 8 hour period including nights, weekends and holidays. Good organizational skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work under pressure. Flexibility and good attendance required. Must work independently with little supervision. Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills. Must be legally authorized to work in Peru for any employer without sponsorship. Must have documentation that allow you to travel to/from the United States. Experience using computers. (Word, Excel, Outlook) Resumes must be submitted in English.
