Responsibilities
Develop and enhance an internally-developer Passenger Revenue Recognition system. Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle with senior team members. Perform troubleshooting and break/fix corrections. Analyze systems for potential improvements, including documentation of current state and future planned state. Must be a team player and able to work comfortably in teams of two or more. Be able to work in a fast paced development environment with tight deadlines and less than robust requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent training/experience. A minimum of 3 to 5 years professional experience in software development required. Airline Financial experience preferred Programming experience: Microsoft .NET development (C#, 2.0+ preferred) Database programming: procedure development, data set retrieval, and other operations to support web development (PL/SQL on Oracle preferred) Debugging & problem-solving skills to analyze issues across multiple systems & platforms Experience developing in a change-controlled environment (VSS preferred) with a standard build/test/release development cycle Microsoft Visual C++ experience is a plus. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
