Responsibilities
To support a safe and on-time operational schedule in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR's), Flight Attendant Contract, and Company Policy. Assign all open flying to Flight Attendant Crew Members. Resolve monthly and daily line of time conflicts. Monitor Reserve coverage levels. Create line of flying for Reserves. Assist Flight Attendants with deadheading, hotels, etc. professionally and courteously. Interact with Systems Operations Coordination Center (SOCC), Flight Operations and related departments. Assist Flight Attendants with Trip Trade transactions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required (5 years or more). Previous customer service experience required, preferably in the airline industry. Computer proficiency (PC, IMS, SONIC). Excellent telephone communication skills (high volume phone use). Multi-task orientated - Must be able to prioritize work load in a very stressful, deadline-driven environment. Must be willing to work any shift within a 24-hour/7 day operation including nights, weekends and holidays. Emphasis on punctuality and attendance.
