Responsibilities

Oversees, directs and monitors all aspects of the daily operation and administration of the Kwajalein Reservations and CTO operations. Comply with the directives of Continental Airlines and KWA subcontract agreement. Works closely with the management staff of CMI, KWA ATO and KRS (Kwajalein Range Systems) as well as with USAKA (U.S. Army personnel) on KWA to support their travel needs. Coach employees and ensure outstanding customer service is delivered. Responsible for the organization and maintenance of Reservations/CTO documents. Responsible for handling the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly CTO sales reports and monthly reconciliation of budget/close reports. Responsible for payroll processing. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned. Other work assignments will include, but not limited to, schedule and fare information, ticketing, reservation sales and service functions, customer service counter work through the use of Amadeus and SHARES. Must be available on call 24x7 for medical transports, immediate needs for TDY travel, emergency travel requests, flight delays and flight cancellations.

Qualifications

Self-starter with excellent communication skills (speak, read and write) in English required. Ability to interface with all levels of management within CAL/CMI and with KWA contractors and subcontractors. Adepts at anticipating and exceeding customer expectations/needs. Proactive management styles, superior problem solving skills and drive for excellence. Must have high degree of initiative. Ability to prioritize, set and achieve goals, and multi-task under pressure. Ability to represent Continental in a positive and professional manner. Prior experience with leading and motivating a team is preferred. Track record in developing people in achieving success. Prior travel agency or airline experience preferred with strong customer service focus and knowledge of reservation procedures and policies. Must be flexible and may be required to work weekends, nights or holidays, in addition to times of irregular operations. Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required. Prior training experience is a plus. Must be legally authorized to work in Kwajalein for any employer without sponsorship. Must have a valid passport with the abilityable to travel to the U.S. and/or its territories.
