Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing sales calls at travel agencies and corporate accounts. Responsible for increasing revenue opportunities at City Ticket Offices(CTO) as well as promoting Continental.com sales among customers. Responsible for creating a strong relationship with co-workers in order to support several areas such as City Ticket Office(CTO), Airport Terminal Operation(ATO) , Accounting and Administration. Responsible for an assigned territory of travel agencies and corporate accounts which requires the control of their performance meaning VIP agencies, market share analysis, flown revenue reports as well as large corporations purchasing programs and trends. Requires the use of Continental technology tools such as Marketing Insight, Sales Insight, Corporate Insight and Loyalty Insight (MI/SI/LI/CI) in order to be prepared to react to market conditions. Responsible for Public Relations and Networking among customers, decisions makers, Continental Stars, Managers, owners at travel agencies and business partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Reservations/Fare/Ticketing knowledge is preferred. Sales or Marketing experience within the travel industry required. Available to travel in/out Trinidad And Tobago. Willing to attend events after normal working hours including weekends. Must possess the ability to present and communicate at all levels of management for corporate, travel agencies, co-workers and company leadership groups. Public Relations skills and Airline Industry Sales experience preferred. Be proactive and dynamic in order to increase loyalty from travel agents and customers through distribution channels. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to easily adapt to change whenever necessary. Sales & negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical skills. Good administrative, customer service and follow up skills. Advanced computer skills (MS Word and Outlook). Automobile is required for sales calls. Must submit resume in English. Must be legally authorized to work in Trinidad And Tobago for any employer without sponsorship.
