Responsibilities

Primary point-of-contact for all TSSR (Total Station Sales Report) Station Sales Accounting related processes. Monitors and maintains Ticket Stock records/inventories. General administration support to Administrative Supervisor for adhoc projects. Prepares weekly Missing Ticket Report. Prepares monthly Ticket Stock inventory report. Primary "order contact" for all Station Ticket Stock. Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable using WebAP and Casper. Responsible for all primary station Accounting functions.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent is required. Prefer 2+ years of experience in Airport Ticket Office (ATO) Admin trained to work with Web Accounting. Two (2) years college or equivalent work experience (Bachelor of Arts degree preferred). Banking and cash handling experience is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with a focus on Excel, Word and Outlook (Test given). A well developed professional demeanor with the ability to develop productive working relationships with our various internal and external support teams. Excellent organization skills, able to juggle multiple priorities, deadline and goal oriented. Applicant must have strong analytical skills, work in an organized manner with attention to minute detail. Must be a team player yet also able to work independently elf-starter. Comprehensive knowledge of corporate policies and procedures. Candidate must be able to clear a fingerprint-based criminal history check in order to obtain and retain credentials necessary for the position. Position-specific clearances include but are not limited to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal Service clearances. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship. *SAJ*
