Responsibilities

Staffing the ticket counter, boarding gates and baggage service areas of the airport. Providing assistance and excellent customer service to the traveling public by performing various customer service duties in the airport terminal such as:

Receiving and directing incoming calls, greeting and directing customers, tagging and handling baggage. Preparing tickets, determining fares and routing to assure passenger's travel needs are met. Maintaining a neat and professional appearance by adhering to Continental’s standards for uniform and dress.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 5 years customer service, flight operation experience at an international airport. Position requires high degree of interpersonal and excellent customer service skills. Must have a professional appearance. Must be flexible to work any shift, including early morning, late nights, weekends and holidays. Requires dependable attendance and punctuality. Must be legally authorized to work permanently in Japan without sponsorship. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write, speak and understand both English and Japanese. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-placement physical, including strength, hearing/vision test, and background investigation. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent.
