Responsibilities

Initiate, and direct technology projects as they relate to the needs of Continental's Field Service Division, specializing its air cargo business. Administer and oversee the performance and support of existing applications relating to the processing of Continental's air cargo products ervices; specifically in the areas of: Cargo Pricing Rating Claims Productivity Capacity management. Available during 'off hours' to help support application irregularities/outages.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Experience and qualification in the management of technology projects is preferred.  Skill set should include previous work experience in the following: MS Visual Studio MS Server2003/2005/2008 MS SQL MS Project Management MS common Office Applications Word Excel Access Presentation Manager Willing to be available during "off hours" to help support application irregularities/outages. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.   Please be advised: This job requires working in an area covered by the City of Houston Ordinance Against Smoking - City Code Chapter 21.
