Responsibilities
Call on & support existing travel agency & corporate accounts. Follow up on leads for potential new corporate business. Develop sales plans to retain & shift market share to Continental. Track revenue goals & measure results for assigned travel agency & corporate accounts. Prepare sales presentations and coordinate seminars, tradeshows, & FAM trips Supervise CTO personnel to ensure compliance with company policies as well achieve sales goals. Overall management of ticket validators, cash drawers and petty cash. Verification of cash transactions & negotiable documents. Responsible for producing accurate sales reports & conduct monthly audits. Must be able to work the ticket counter.
Qualifications
Must be fluent in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, & Outlook). Previous ticketing/reservations experience a plus. Previous supervisor experience a plus. Must be able to multi-task & perform well under pressure. Strong communication & customer service skills required. Must be legally authorized to work in Bermuda for any employer without sponsorship.
