Responsibilities

Take support calls from Service Desk and distributed work to other TFS through tracking system. Responsible for TFS solution to incoming tickets within set criteria. Meet requirement for Service Level Agreements for TFS. Troubleshoot workstations, applications, and point of contact for other IT groups. Support remote users and airports. Support wireless network and workstations ervers hardware. User account administration for the enterprise. Coordinate any issues that directly affect the efficiency and reliability of the network as well as other activities, strategies and projects as require. Interface with other Continental Departments. Interact with internal users on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as Operating System Deployment (XP and Windows 7), Office 2007 and 3rd party applications such as Symantec, BlackBerry. Experience using and troubleshooting Outlook 2007 within a network environment, including permissions, calendar sharing, delegation, folder management, cached mode, PST's, etc. Demonstrated proficiency in building, testing and maintaining images for use in deploying desktop and laptop computers and use of desktop imaging software (MS Deployment Services). Proficiency in the use and maintenance of MS Office Suite 2007 & 2003. Strong familiarity with HP Laptop and Desktop Computers and related hardware. Basic understanding of IP Networks a must. Must be able to speak, read and write both English and Spanish. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
