Responsibilities

Handle all incoming telephone calls. Perform daily cargo reservations role including tracing, problem solving, and managing flight capacities. Process customer booking requests. Perform computer entries in CARGOTRAC. Develop interline relationships. Monitor forecast load for the FRA flights and take pro-active decisions to optimize our capacities. Coordinate space opportunities across Europe. Handle all customer complaints including necessary corrective action. Liaise with the operations and sales team. Follow-up with the cargo operations.

Qualifications

High school leaving certificate required. Extensive knowledge of the air cargo industry required. Several years of work experience with an airline and/or freight forwarder. Good team player. Successful candidate must be reliable and have a friendly appearance. Strong communication skills and fluency in both German and English (write, read and speak) required. Good organizational skills. Good computer skills including MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Must be legally authorized to work in the European Union for any employer without sponsorship.
