Responsibilities

This division consists of several groups and work sites. Projects may include the following: Analytical support to senior management on both strategic and tactical decisions. Conduct research and analysis. Evaluate HR operations to identify opportunities for performance and productivity improvement. Perform various ad-hoc projects, reports and/or analysis as assigned by the HR manager.

Qualifications

Completion of Bachelor's degree and enrolled in HR Master's program or completion of first year of HR Master's degree. Superior quantitative and analytical skills. Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability. Detail-oriented and fast learner who can work well with others in a team environment. Ability to manage and prioritize work on multiple projects. Ability to solve multi-dimensional problems and make clear and concise recommendations. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environment requiring solid, factual decision making ability. Experience with computer systems (Microsoft Office Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word). Willing to pay for your own housing while doing an internship in Houston.  Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
