Responsibilities

Perform all customer and flight processing, administrative and airport sales functions at the airport ticket office. Direct, maintain and lead Continental and Vendor staff to meet and or exceed company performance objectives. Provide exceptional customer service to customers transiting the airport. Ensure compliance with all US Federal government regulations as well as local regulations. Ensure safety of all company assets. Ensure compliance with all Company Corporate policy and procedures. Develop and maintain an environment in alliance with corporate philosophy in accordance with the four cornerstones of the Go Forward Plan. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Interact with various levels of management employees. Create a strong team building environment.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent. College degree preferred. At least five years experience working with any area related to civil aviation.    Very detail-oriented. Strong team building capabilities Dependable with good organizational skills and ability to adapt to challenging and stressful operational situations. Knowledge of shares and foms a plus. Intermediate computer skills required (Word, Excel, Internet, etc.). Must be flexible and willing to work various shifts, including weekends. Must be fluent in both English and Portuguese. (Read, write and speak) This position requires travel to the U.S. for training.  Qualified candidates must have a valid United States visa as well as a valid and active Brazilian passport. Must be legally authorized to work in Brazil for any employer without sponsorship.
