Responsibilities

Review accuracy of gallons and rates billed on all into plane fuel invoices. Process invoices for payment via Web Accounts Payable, Purchase Card or check. Prepare wire payment requests for domestic fuel suppliers. Assist with fuel price updates and research. Analyze cost statements and M&O rates for quarterly updates.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 - 5 years accounting experience required. Thorough knowledge of Excel and Finsys applications including Accounts Payable, WebAP, General Ledger and Fiscal Fuel. Previous experience with the Purchase Card would be preferred. Very detail oriented. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship. Please be advised: This job requires working in an area covered by the City of Houston Ordinance Against Smoking - City Code Chapter 21.
