Responsibilities

Develop and maintain menu costing on outside accounts. Assist with developing and issuing pricing. Assist with customer visits and menu presentations. Maintain specifications and update information for outside accounts. Conduct billing audits in all units and resolve any billing issues with customers. Train and develop costing and billing staff in units. Support Sr. Account Executive with customer service and pricing issues.

Qualifications

College degree and previous management experience preferred. In-flight catering experience a plus. Proven Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word required. (A test will be given as part of the interview process) Strong background working with numbers and financial analysis experience required. (Costing Experience a Plus)   Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must be able to develop effective working relationships with multiple groups, including customers. Fluent in English. Willing to travel as needed. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
