Responsibilities

Responsible for the Mexico territory of agencies and corporations to telemarket.  Perform customer service duties including reissues and refund of tickets for Mexico City Region. Responsible for administrative support for 3 Mexico City Outside Sales Representatives. Will be primary point of contact for Corporate and Agency clients/customers while the Mexico Outside Sales Representatives are visiting Travel Agencies or are inaccessible. Find and develop corporate opportunities through telemarketing using available data bases. Contact Corporate Frequent Flyers to be personally visited by Our Outside Sales Managers and support their travel needs. Prepare quarterly sales action plan & activity reports. Stay current on competitive issues and changing market conditions.

Qualifications

Three years of Sales or Marketing experience within the travel industry required.  Two years of general airline experience preferred and at least one year of management experience preferred. Ability to interface with all levels of management.  Computer skills for all Windows based programs (Office Professional and Outlook), proficient in Sales Insight, Corporate Insight and Marketing Insight as well as an ability to interpret numeric reports. Good administrative, customer service and follow-up skills. Public Relations skills preferred. Reservations knowledge preferred Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).   Available to travel and attend events after normal work hours. Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico for any employer without sponsorship.
