Responsibilities
Coordinate the communication of issues/errors related to continental.com functionality. Assist with troubleshooting and problem priority management. Focus on gathering and developing functional requirements for enhancements, changes and new continental.com products and programs. Create use case scenarios based on functional requirements and existing functionality to ensure successful implementation. Follow project from the point of design through to production implementation. Work with QA team to ensure project is understood and tested properly. Work with various departments to maintain product quality. Remain current on existing continental.com functionality. Proactively communicate status and updates to relevant stakeholders through requirements/development/implementation process. Manage a team of direct reports.
Qualifications
Experience in gathering scope and developing functional requirements for software development. Implementation and operations of software development a plus. Strong project management experience from design stages to production implementation. Extremely detail oriented. Experience creating case scenarios for testing purposes. Self motivated and an initiative taker, a leader. Ability to effectively communicate project status updates to various internal and external customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management. Knowledge of native SHARES entries a plus. An understanding of airline policy/procedures and best practices preferred. Management experience is preferred. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
