Responsibilities
Train City Ticket Office (CTO) Reps with sales skills aiming to elevate CTO Rep's role to include sales activities and to enable CTO Reps by coordinating with local CO sales professionals to capitalize on valuable features of the CTO channel. Provide support to expedite EDS repairs activities related to frequent ATB printer malfunctions experienced in Latin CTO's. Provide support to the CTO manager working with the Latin America GSA's, generating reports, assisting in marketing activities, and resolving ADM issues. Assist CTO manager in CM/CO partnerships with constant open communication with CM counterpart to ensure a steady improvement of the relationship with regards to technical difficulties, joint ventures, and cross training. Ensure Field compliance with all audit and host stock control requirements. Supervise stations queues to ensure proper processing of PNR requests/transactions. Responsible for managing Latin America CTO uniform program. Ensure that all level CTO staff receives proper training tools to generate and maintain direct revenue. Train new supervisors with their duties regarding Internal Audit, Staffing related issues, contracts, etc. Support CTO Reps & supervisors with daily challenges such as contacts and follow up with refunds, Passenger Name Records (PNR's), Policies & Procedures(P&P), resources, etc. Assist CTO manager in Star Alliance & A++ partnerships with regards to training in policy & procedures. Mandatory extensive international travel is required throughout the region.
Qualifications
Must have experience in sales & direct customer contact. Must have thorough knowledge & understanding of the Latin Market. Training experience preferred. Must be people oriented, self -motivated and well organized. Must be able to work well under pressure while multi-tasking. Must be able to perform required duties with little supervision while maintaining high company values and standards. Knowledge of International fares, reservations and ticketing required. Minimum of 2 years International ticketing experience using SHARES. Second language (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred. Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Access). Knowledge of Page maker and front page, preferred. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
