PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Contract Executive Flight Attendant September 2007 to Present
Executive Flight Attendant: Provide administrative and personal support such as administrative assistant, researcher, bookkeeper, personal shopper, liaison, and party planner in many countries for extended periods of time including interacting with private staff and vendors for the principal. Educated in multiple cultural requirements including dietary restrictions. Ensure safety and satisfaction for international and domestic passengers on short and long haul trips on scheduled and short notice. Provide exemplary service for a Saudi Arabian prominent family and the Sheikh’s guest’s on a privately owned Gulfstream IV to ensure maximum comfort on long intercontinental flights that predominately originate in the Middle East and Europe. Duties include anticipating needs of the clients, maintaining cabin, order supplies, preparedness for safety and emergency situations, and work with food and beverage suppliers to satisfy cultural and religious requirements. Also, frequently fly a South American family and their guests, while maintaining the interior of the aircraft, in addition to many other high profile clientele. Registered as a flight attendant with TAG Aviation, Netjets, Flightworks, and Executive Jet Management in addition to several other private and charter operations.

Executive Jet Management December 2006 to August 2007
Cabin Manager: Flight attendant functions were additional to outfitting and maintaining the interior of a Gulfstream IV for a part 91 operation. Trained in special dietary and medical needs to meet the aircraft owner’s requirements. Commuted between New York and Florida providing administrative and personal support for the owner in addition to being on call 24 hours a day seven days a week when necessary for scheduling. Contacted, verified, and interviewed other personnel. Maintained safety equipment logs, manuals, and expense and inventory reports. Duties included selecting, purchasing, and stocking quality service items specific to the aircraft; coordinating with maintenance; food preparation, wine selection and menu planning; contacting vendors to fulfill owner’s requests; and anticipating the owner’s and his guests needs to ensure a comfortable and safe flight.




Contract Corporate Flight Attendant October 2004 to December 2006
Corporate Flight Attendant: Providing client specific customized service to celebrities, executives, and private aircraft owners, their families and guests. Responsibilities included procurement of specialty items in addition to cabin and galley pre-flight preparation, menu planning, aircraft catering and food preparation. Ensure medical equipment compliance, maintain aircraft inventory and supplies, and liaison with cockpit regarding any issues or situations including those safety related. Experienced with Boeing 727, 737, & 757; DC9 & MD 80; Falcon 50, 900, & 2000; Challenger 601 & 604, and Gulfstream II, III, IV, 450, V & 550; Airbus 300 & 320; and Lear 60; and Global Express. JetBlue Airways, Spirit Airlines, Carnival Airlines February 1997 to October 2004
Commercial Flight Attendant: In-flight duties include first class cocktail and beverage service, multi-course meal preparation and presentation while providing an innovative in-flight experience to passengers. Maintained FAA manual and required documentations and complied with all FAA regulations. Qualified and performed as a lead flight attendant gave crew and passengers briefings, and filed flight irregularity reports as indicated. Safety duties include emergency equipment compliance checks, passenger safety briefings and assisting in all emergency situations. Trained in CPR, first aid, and use of the medical defibrillator.
