I have been in the aircraft repair field for 20+ years and have been applying non stop for the last 3 months and have not had any responce.I think that my resume may be to long or not enough.I know that training is important to be on the resume on the other hand working in mro's you attend a lot training and as many years as i have had working in this field it could take up alot of the resume.
