I assisted with National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) investigations, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) investigations, and Product Condition Inspections as a technical advisor. I provided product field performance analysis and trend monitoring for the entire company. Many of my findings resulted in corrective actions which led to a direct reduction in warranty costs and enhanced product performance and reliability. In addition to my regular duties, I developed a software package that was instrumental in streamlining many of the antiquated processes that were in place when first employed.
