Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and review of form 10-Q/K on a quarterly basis and SEC filings, including preparation of footnote disclosures. Prepare the consolidated balance sheet, income statement and cash flows on a monthly basis. Prepare various DOT and governmental reports, and other reports that may be required. Additional duties include preparation of JV's related to insurance, pensions, executive compensation, and worker's compensation.

Qualifications

Degree in accounting or at least 4 years relevant work experience. SEC reporting or public accounting experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
