Responsibilities

Assist facilities maintenance clerk in maintaining the MP2 inventory database. Assist in coordination and maintenance of accurate inventory records for C3 warehouse and locksmith warehouse. Assist facilities reconciliation clerk in standardizing parts, labels, and parts information for consistency in presentation. Keep accurate inventory records in MP2, through reconciliation process.  Act as liaison with finance to close PO inventory records. Maintain accurate inventory in reporting.  Ensure the enforcement of adequate internal controls and segregation of duties. Assist facilities reconciliation clerk in updating incomplete data in MP2 database.

Qualifications

Must have good communication skills. Working knowledge of Excel and Word. Proficient in typing. Well organized and able to work with minimal direction. Must be flexible to work shifts with different days off. Ability to speak, read, and write the English language. Candidate must be able to clear a fingerprint-based criminal history check in order to obtain and retain credentials necessary for the  position specific clearances include but are not limited to: FAA/TSA/Port Authority/US customs, and US Postal Service clearances. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a high school diploma, GED or equivalent. Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
