Responsibilities

Perform preliminary analysis and conduct surveys and interviews of different user groups to identify, document and articulate business requirements. Perform analysis and document existing application business rules.  Prepare process flows and use case analysis and ensure business requirements are complete, concise and approved by business partner.  Interfaces with customer and programming teams.  Create test plans and scenarios and hands-on testing of new functionality.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Management Information System, Computer Information System or equivalent experience.  Two (2) years related experience.  Strong communication (written and verbal), analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.  Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship.
