Degree(s), Certification, Professional Training or Skills Required:
•Extremely high level customer service experience mandatory.
•Extremely high level of diplomacy and tact required. Ability to educate clients and/or their representatives on aircraft performance information, FAA regulations as they apply to requested and scheduled flights, and terms of their contract.
Job Description:
•Primary point of contact for all XOJET aircraft owners, program customers and retail charter clients.
•Learn and understand contract terms for all assigned accounts.
•Manage accounts effectively communicating terms of contract as they apply in general and on a trip by trip basis to persons submitting requests.
•First line of communication for inbound account requests for general information and/or the scheduling of XOJET aircraft.
•Input all account information and passenger preferences into FOS and update as changes take place and/or new information is received.
•Receive incoming flight requests, schedule aircraft and input all details pertaining to client requests.
•Interface with Private Client Services Managers to effectively schedule aircraft for owner/program customer flights.
•Interface with Flight Services Department to ensure all service requests from clients are scheduled and confirmed.
•Interface with crew members assigned on individual trips to communicate verbally client preferences, special requests, etc. Additionally, at the completion of flights to monitor feedback from crew regarding passengers experience.
Experience Desired:
•Four year degree preferred but not required
•Aviation related background & understanding of the industry extremely beneficial.
