The Aviation Employment Board is optimized for easy search engine access. What this means is that all job listings, discussions, and resumes are regularly indexed by search engines and fully searchable usually within days of being posted.

This site is particularly Google friendly, so if you want to know if your resume is getting the best exposure, copy a few words from your resume -- your name is a good idea -- and place it in Google's search bar. Click on "Google Search" and your results will be displayed. Typically, your resume will pop up on the first page of the results, unless your name is very common.

What all this means is that your resume gets noticed by registered members of this site [now numbering more than 1600] and it has the potential to receive exposure well beyond here too. Compare the exposure your resume gets here to what many paid sites do for you and I think you will find a clear winner with this site.

Hmmm....makes you wonder what you are really paying for, doesn't it? :?
